Teaching

In 2016, I joined the Western Sydney University to be part of its inaugural Anthropology Program. I teach courses on the Anthropology of Globalisation, Power and Culture, Anthropologies of the Everyday and Social Theory. Students mostly from the greater western Sydney region constantly challenge scholarly assumptions about social life, politics and theory at large. At the Institute for Culture and Society, I have led Graduate Seminars on Texts, Methods and Images. Prior to joining Western, I lectured at the University of Amsterdam.
